Austria’s cultural diplomacy in London

Austrian and British artists have gathered at Rutland Gate for the last 65 years.

Originally conceived as a place to represent Austrian art, the Cultural Forum has developed over time into a lively place of exchange and dialogue. Dr. Waltraud Dennhardt-Herzog, Director of the Austrian Cultural Forum in London, will talk about why this form of cultural diplomacy is still relevant today.

Dr. Waltraud Dennhardt-Herzog is an Austrian Diplomat with strong interest in cultural diplomacy. She has served in Luxemburg, Bonn, Stockholm, New York  and Vienna and is currently the Director of the Austrian Cultural Forum in London.
